Fees are outlined in your service agreement.
– Payments are due as stated in your invoice or agreement.
– Late payments may result in service suspension.
– All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
All website content, branding, text, graphics, and materials created by the Company remain our property unless otherwise specified in writing.
Clients may retain rights to content created under separate service agreements where explicitly stated.
You agree not to:
– Use our website for unlawful purposes
– Attempt to access restricted systems
– Transmit malicious software
– Violate any applicable federal or state law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact System LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to the Company within the previous three (3) months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in West Virginia, United States.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
